Renay Grace Rodriguez is a proud multi.racial lesbian, a neurodivergent leader, and a tireless advocate for equality, housing justice, and progressive change. As someone who has experienced homelessness, she brings a deeply personal perspective to her work, passionately fighting for solutions that empower marginalized individuals and families.

An experienced attorney, Renay combines her legal expertise with strategic leadership to address systemic inequities. Her nonprofit leadership focuses on tackling housing and homelessness, creating innovative initiatives, and fostering community-driven advocacy to dismantle barriers to stability and opportunity.

Renay is also an accomplished author and a published contributor to the L.A. Progressive newsletter, where she shares insights on justice, equity, and community empowerment. Her work inspires action and highlights the urgency of systemic reform.

As President of the Stonewall Democratic Club and a California Democratic Party (CADEM) Delegate, Renay amplifies the voices of LGBTQ+ individuals and advocates for transformative policies that advance justice and equality. Her lived experience, neurodivergent perspective, and leadership reflect a deep commitment to building a world where dignity, opportunity, and equity are accessible to all.
